This case report details a child with underlying neurological conditions who experienced acute neurotoxicity after taking a multi-component medicinal fungi supplement containing Ganoderma lucidum (reishi mushroom) and Cordyceps sinensis. Symptoms worsened when the dose was increased and completely resolved after discontinuing the supplement
