Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
1.1 By subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, our Website Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 By clicking "Subscribe," "Confirm Purchase," "Sign Up," or similar, you enter into a binding agreement with CMA.
1.3 You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 CMA offers subscription-based services such as membership benefits, CPD tracking, and more.
2.2 We reserve the right to update or discontinue any subscription feature with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Subscription fees are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
3.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
3.3 By providing payment details, you authorise CMA to store and charge your payment method for renewals and fees.
3.4 We process Visa and Mastercard payments through Strip. For your convenience we can also process direct to bank debit
3.5 We will notify you of any fee increases 30 days in advance.
3.6 If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend your subscription.
4. Automatic Renewal
4.1 Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
4.2 You consent to ongoing billing using your stored payment method.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 You may cancel at any time via your portal or by contacting us.
5.2 Access remains until the billing period ends. No refunds are issued.
5.3 CMA may terminate your subscription for breach without refund.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
6.2 Refunds may be issued at CMA's discretion in rare cases.
7. Changes to These Terms
7.1 We may update these terms with notice via email or website.
7.2 Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
8. Your Responsibilities
8.1 You must keep your billing and contact info up to date.
8.2 You are responsible for account security and usage.
9. Privacy
9.1 We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Services are provided "as is" and without warranty.
10.2 Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by Queensland law. You consent to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
