The Complementary Medicine Association (CMA), together with ANPA, ANTA and NHAA, has formed Naturopathy & Western Herbal Medicine United Associations (NATHUA).

 

We’re proud to announce the formation of Naturopathy & Western Herbal Medicine United Associations (NATHUA) — a new united voice representing the professions of Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine in Australia.

NATHUA brings together:

  • Australian Naturopathic Practitioners Association (ANPA)
  • Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA)
  • Complementary Medicine Association (CMA)
  • Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA)

Together, we are committed to:

    ✨ Upholding high educational standards
    ✨ Providing a clear, credible and authoritative voice to government, educators and key stakeholders

As a priority, NATHUA will focus on professional competency and education standards — two areas where all founding associations are fully aligned. NATHUA invites other Australian associations and aligned organisations to join us in shaping a stronger, more unified future for the profession in 2026 and beyond.
